A Tourist View of London

Weather turned out decent on a sunny day before the Annual Dinner so we had some sunny hours to fill looking around London on Tom’s Woolwich Loop.

Traffic is quiet as you follow the Route 21 to Lewisham and then across to Blackheath before following side streets to Woolwich. The Woolwich Ferry takes you across the River Thames to Silvertown where we go East to Gallion’s Point before making our way past the Royal Docks back to the Thames and onwards to Tower Bridge. From there you can follow the Cycle route to London Bridge Station or continue on through Peckham, Dulwich and Crystal Palace as we did.

London might be a smokey Joe, but the sea breezes blowing up the Thames show that that there is so much to see on our doorstep.
