Tuesday Ride: 20th August 2013

Tuesday’s ride to Winnies (Chartwell) via Puddledock and various other ups and downs, some of them not on purpose! Luckily first timer* Sharon pictured right was at hand to offer her expertise for the pulled muscle (Sharon is a qualified Pilates instructor). * First time with Anerley, and first time on a road bike – but you would never have guessed.
