Tuesday Ride: 7th February 2017

John Dr shows off his vintage and restored Raleigh ‘Kellogs’ Pro Tour from around 1988. A great start on a day that only got better with sixteen of us stiing off up Portnalls as the sun won the battle of the early morning cloud to make a wonderful sunny ride. Barrie led us down Reigate and trumpet’s Hills out to Tanhouse Farm beating young John T and Meike to the Beef & Ale Pies.

A great line-up. A good ride back – well perhaps the A23 Merstham gap isn’t the greates entry into Croydon but it is the easiest! 40 miles box to box.
