Tuesday Ride: 6th October 2015

After a heavy shower Sandra, Maggie, Ian, Barry and John set off for Ide Hill Community Cafe in mild, dry conditions which lasted the whole of the ride and even enjoyed some sunshine at the Café as the photograph shows. John T. initiated the customary “Happy Birthday” song to Sandra after she had kindly bought us all drinks. We also enjoyed the scones and the stunning views across to Bough Beech reservoir. Barry, who was suffering from noisy balls in his bottom bracket, enjoyed a long respite eagerly conversing with John T. about their halcyon motorbike days.
