Tuesday Ride: 12th January 2016

Barry,me,John and Tom set off for Coulsdon Post Office where we met Tina, Jo, Maggie and Sandra.

After the long climb up Portnall’s road we stopped so Maggie could remove her snapped rear mudguard. Then on through High rd and Blackhorse lane.

I thought i would show the others my gymnastic abilities on Reigate Hill, no one was impressed – only concerned.

Down the potholed hill to the station, Yorke Road, across A25, Reigate Heath,right at Trumpets Hill Road. The River Mole looked near flooding between, Wonham Lane and Wellhouse Road. We cycled on though Strood green and Newdigate, finally arriving at the lovely warmth of Tanhouse Farm, together with John and Meike. After tea we returned home much the same way, except for a few changes.

It was a very cold day,with wind, showers, and some sunshine, snowdrops, daffodils and a bird of prey all seen.
