2024 Ride Destinations
Ride leaders arranged 250 rides during 2024. Our ride leaders select the destination and each ride leader has their preferences, whether that is due to how picturesque the route, the food selection and price at the destination, or just the quality of the coffee. There were 24 popular destinations where rides headed there on 3 or more occasions.

Coastal rides
Several rides went to the coast, bathing optional. Most of these rides we resorted to a train home, although one of the rides to Brighton was there and back again.
Rides were led to the Sussex coast at Eastbourne, Brighton, Littlehampton, and Seaford, the Kent coast at Dover, Folkestone, and Broadstairs, and the Hampshire coast at Chichester in 2024.
Other rides
Our members also go on Sportives, Audaxes, and other events with other members met through the club. These are not official club rides, but meeting ride “buddies” for such an event are another great reason to join a cycling club.
