Proposed Non Club Sportive or Ride Calendar

Morning ABC members

During the New Forest Sportive, we discussed the possibility of creating a rides calendar which allowed members to post their proposed rides to such things as the New Forest Spring Sportive, ditto Summer Sportive, or other such rides so that other members may wish to join an unofficial "ride" and for such groups to then club together in terms of transport/transport costs, mutual support on the rides etc. Viv proposed this and I think it would be useful to all other members who may want to do something different but perhaps did not have the courage to organise such an excursion by themselves. Thoughts please?
