Important Info

To get the best ferry fares, we need to book sooner rather than later and as a group booking. It is proposed to ask for confirmation of your intention to join the ride to Bullecourt and for a deposit to be paid equal to the return (or single) fare of £45. Once you have confirmed we will ask you to make a payment to Brian to enable the club to book the ferry crossing(s) on your behalf.

All hotel bookings will be done as individuals, but once we have chosen a suitable hotel at each stopover point, we will try and negotiate a group rate to help keep costs down.

If you choose to return to the UK via Eurostar, alternative ferry route or other means, the planning/booking and payment of these arrangements will be for you to resolve.

Whilst this is an Anerley BC trip, this is not an organised tour and as such you would be responsible for your own food, drink, hotel accommodation, costs, expenses and we urge you to have appropriate insurance (medical, travel liability etc) in place for the duration of the trip and in case you decide to cancel later on.
