It is with great sadness that I tell you that Jack passed away at Friday 15th July 2011.

Funeral Date: 28th July, 2011 @ 2.30pm
Location: Norbury Baptist Church, Semley Road, Norbury

Followed by Croydon Crematorium, Thornton Road, Thornton Heath
Time: 4.00pm PLEASE NOTE. This is for close family and close friends only).

Refreshments will be served at the church whilst the family and close friends are at the crematorium.
