QUOTE  OF THE WEEK

“A bicycle is a bit like a guitar in that they are both inert objects that only come alive and flourish when put in contact with a human being" - Spandau Ballet’s Gary Kemp

BICYCLIST  OF THE WEEK

Mark Beaumont is getting back on a different type of saddle by trying to smash a 127 year old world record.

“The hour record is 23 and a half miles which is pretty nuts on a Penny Farthing" says Atlantic rower Mark. Thanks for the link TomTom. Didn't realise you were a Sun reader: https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/news/2106865/cyclist-mark-beaumont-world-record-penny-farthing/
